This is not a statement so much as a loving word.
There is no single correct way to respond to it, no obligation even to make a specific reply.
But it is essentially reciprocated whenever we say, “God is good,” or “God is love.”
It is paid forward, rather, whenever we say, “It is good,” or “you are good,” and love in that same spirit.
